These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rules applicable in the context of the sale of products FERON PARIS (hereafter "or the Product (s)") on the Website www.feron.paris

Any adult individual, non-trading, with the legal capacity to contract, (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase product on the Website.

For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Customer will FERON PARIS and collectively the "Parties" and individually as the "Party".

These terms conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") govern without restriction the sales of FERON PARIS’s Products on the Website.

FERON PARIS reserves the right to modify at any time these Conditions of Sale by posting a new version on the Website. The Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable are those in effect on the Website at the date of placing the order by the Customer; it being understood that any order for a product offered on the Website constitutes full acceptance of the Customer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing the order.


These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions under which the products are sold by FERON PARIS to the Customer. They thereby adjusting the various stages of completion of sale of the signing of the order by the customer upon delivery of the product to the customer.


The Products offered for sale by FERON PARIS are those appearing on the website the day of its consultation by the Customer. Each product will be a fact sheet which, besides photography, contain: price, sizes and colors, composition, and special features. This information is presented for illustrative purposes, if errors occur, shall in no case, FERON PARIS’s responsibility can not be engaged. The photographs illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field. Minimal differences between a product and photograph may exist, depending in particular on the resolution and the color definition of the user's screen. The sale will therefore not be subject to a cancellation outside the conditions of return or retractions under Clause 6 hereof.

FERON PARIS is committed to deliver products meeting current requirements for safety and health of persons in accordance with European requirements, in particular to legislation on regulated chemicals.


Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included for deliveries in France, and excluding tax for deliveries outside France, given that the tax on value added is that in force on the French metropolitan territory at the date of validation command.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all fees and taxes that may be due under the laws of the country receipt of order to import products.

The prices applied are those given on the website and confirmed the Customer during the order validation.

Shipping fees are offered to the Customer.

The transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the Products will be made after delivery and receipt of the Products by the Customer.

4.1 Placing an order

Customer materializes his order by completing the following 5 steps

Step 1: Customer selects the products selected and adds them to his cart after selecting the size and color you want.

The basket on the top right of the screen informs the customer that he took into account the selections indicating the number of products it contains.

Step 2: Customer checks the contents of his cart by clicking on "order" to access the summary of the order. The Customer may modify its order (product, size, quantity).

The total tax of the order is indicated in the summary.

Step 3: After checking the order and if necessary modified, the Customer confirms their cart to finalize the order by clicking again on "Pay your command."

If the customer has an advantage code, he will enroll in the slot provided for this purpose in order to benefit.

Step 4: Enter the Customer of the delivery address and billing

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory; it being understood that unless otherwise indicated by the Client, the billing address will automatically be the same as the delivery address.

If the Customer has already ordered on the website, it has a customer account. In such a case, it will identify only with their email address and their password.

The client then verifies all information and click "Submit" to continue the order.

Step 5: Entering bank details

The Client will access then to secure payment of the FERON PARIS screen partner as specified in section 4.3 below.

Payment is made online by credit card or Paypal transfer.

The Customer must enter their credit card number, expiry date and the CVV 3 numbers present on the back of the card, being
specified that in case of payment by American Express card, the Customer must provide 4 digits.

If the payment is accepted, the customer is redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site.

4.2 - Order Confirmation

Upon acceptance of payment by the Client, the Client will receive an email confirmation of their order, and summarizing all of the items ordered, billing and delivery address and the date of delivery.

The validation of the order by the customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email FERON PARIS after accepting payment worth conclusion of a sale agreement between the Parties and acceptance of the Terms of Sale.

FERON PARIS reserves the right not to validate if control:

  • abnormal or abusive claims

  • abnormal controls in terms of quantities

  • trade and abnormal or improper

  • dispute(s) exist(s) with the client

FERON PARIS Customer service is available by email (serviceclient@feron.paris) for any questions relating to the order.

4.3 - Payment

The price of purchased products is payable in full on the day of placing the order by the Customer.

Payment is made online by PayPal or credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard / American Express) at the time of confirmation of the order by the Client.

The sampling of the authorization request of the card is done at the time of confirmation of the order on the Site, except in cases of server downtime. FERON PARIS reserves the right to levy a new authorization application in case the first could not succeed due to unavailability of servers.

In the event of non-payment, incorrect address or other problem on the Customer's account, FERON PARIS reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.

Transactions on the site are secured by the payment system FERON PARIS partner. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). These data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.

At no time Customer financial data travels over the computer system FERON PARIS.

In case of several installments paiements, you agree to Alma's general terms and conditions, as well as the Alma's particular conditions for Féron SAS 'customers.

4.4 – Archiving of order

The order confirmation is recorded in the records of FERON PARIS, themselves stored on a reliable and durable. Customer agrees that the order confirmation is considered as proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties.


FERON PARIS deliver orders accompanied by a delivery within a maximum of ten (10) business days for delivery to mainland France, and twenty (20) business days for delivery to any destination and from the day following the payment of the order.

Any order recorded on the site from Monday to Friday before 15 hours will be processed the same day; after 15 hours will be processed the next day. Any order placed on Friday after 15 pm on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being understood that orders a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Any order not receipted within fifteen (15) working days following the first presentation of the courier will be automatically considered as canceled and the parcel returned to the sender.
Refunds will be made on the account used for payment within thirty (30) days after the received merchandise.
Shipping and return costs will be the exclusive customer's responsibility.


The Customer must check the conformity of products received under his command at the time of delivery.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery such as:

  • Damaged package

  • Missing products

  • Damaged products

  • Non-conforming products

must be notified within the legal deadline following receipt of the order.

This notification will be sent to FERON PARIS customer service is:

After this time, unless defect, no claim will be accepted by FERON PARIS, the products then being deemed compliant.

For any return of non-conforming product, the Customer must comply with the following procedure:

  • Customer must attach to the package the right of return previously completed and printed using the feedback form accessible from the account - Section "My Orders". No returns will be accepted without such purchase completed return.

  • Products must be returned either in their original packaging or packaging protects the product against deterioration, with the label and their possible accessories for their new marketing, to the address indicated on the return form.

  • Risk and return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

When non-compliance has been established, FERON PARIS propose to the Client is:

  • the replacement of the Product (s) in charge FERON PARIS or

  • return of the price of the order and return costs of the non-compliant Product, at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date of dispatch of the notification of confirmation of non-compliance by the FERON PARIS customer service.

Returns against refunding are not accepted. Upon receipt of a non-conforming article FERON PARIS supports the cost of delivery return in the amount of the fee schedule (without delivery Colissimo recommended) displayed by post March 1 of the current year. The Customer must send proof of costs return incurred to Customer Service by email or mail.

If abnormal or abusive claims, FERON PARIS may refuse to serve a further order.


Customers have, for a period of fourteen (14) days of receiving their parcels to their return.

For returns, the following procedure should be fully respected:

  • The forwarding is done by post to the return form adress.

  • The return costs are borne by the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They will therefore neither have been worn or damaged.

  • The customer must imperatively join their parcel to the right full back.

  • Refunds are made on the credit card used in the purchase and within 30 days from the date of return of the parcel.

If these conditions are not met, FERON PARIS reserves the right to not accept your return.


FERON PARIS collects some information necessary to process orders.

These data are not only required by FERON PARIS to process to the Custumer order, but also to communicate to the Customer informations about FERON PARIS label on the Website or make him receive commercial offers; if the customer accepts by validating his order.

Theses informations are strictly confidentials and is identified by an asterisk (*) when necessary to FERON PARIS, and / or its contractors in connection with the management of the customer order.

According to the law "Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, the Customer has a right to access, rectify, modify and delete personal data.

The Website is registered with the National Commission for Computing and Liberties - CNIL under number 1989376.

The Customer may exercise this right by sending a letter stating his full name, email and postal address to the following address:

To process the customer order, and in order to better understand their needs and customize the services offered on the Website, FERON PARIS uses cookies. A cookie is a file stored on the hard disk of the Client PC that aims to report its passage on the Site.

Cookies remember, the Customer visiting time on the Site, its identity (known thanks to his email address and password) and the contents of his cart. Once disconnected from the Site, this information is stored for 30 (thirty) days before being permanently deleted.

Customer may oppose the registration of cookies by configuring their browser. They lose any customization of the service that it is offered on the Website.


Placing an order on the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of procedures on the Internet in particular as regards technical performance, response times, connection, interrogations or transfers of information, risk cut the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network and in general all the risks associated with the use of the Internet.

FERON PARIS can not therefore in any way be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incidents related to the use of the computer for Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of servers, telephone line or any other technical connection, the client connection to the website is doing under his own responsibility.


FERON PARIS will not be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under the order placed by the Client, if such non-performance is caused by an event of force majeure as defined by the law positive.

In such a case, FERON PARIS notify the Customer of the occurrence of such an event within 3 (three) days following its occurrence, by email.

After a period of 1 (one) month, and assuming or constitutive event of a force majeure persists, the order will be canceled and will, where appropriate, subject to repayment on FERON PARIS the credit card used to placing the order within a maximum 30 (thirty) days.


If any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions was invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of these Conditions of Sale shall remain in force.

The Terms and Conditions are executed and interpreted according to French law.

If the customer disputes addressed by priority FERON PARIS for an amicable solution and failing agreement, the ordinary courts will have jurisdiction.
